PDF to Word Free is a handy tool that enables you to extract a text from PDF documents and save it to standalone, newly-created TXT text files and to convert entire PDF documents to MS Word-compatible DOC files.

Compared to other PDF to Word converters, this one is pretty fast and easy to use.
It takes only a few seconds to perform the conversion and the simple and straightforward interface makes this cool utility really intuitive. It allows even complete beginners to use this application without any problem.

Unfortunately, the quality of the output wasn’t exactly what I have expected. When converting to DOC files, only the text is kept, images and other elements are being discarded. This often leads to the creation of DOC files that retain little of how the original PDF file was looking. Furthermore, batch converting multiple files at the same time is also not possible.

Even if its reliability and accuracy are rather doubtful, I wouldn’t completely disregard this tool. It still offers a convenient manner of converting PDFs to Word documents and to text files, and it’s a free tool. Anyway, be attentive when installing it as it also offers you to install unneeded applications and to change browser settings.

  • Easy to use.
  • Free.
  • Fast.

  • Doesn't support batch conversions.
  • Doesn't preserve images and other elements during the conversions.
  • The installer comes with all kinds of adware offers.

For me, it's a very bad converter. There are lots of words missing in the final text. It's unreliable. And, be careful with the installation, if you choose "rapid", as it recommends, you might install four or five other programs and features.
